Lydia Sarfo Anno, Accra, Ghana, is the mother of two children and from time to time has taken into her home, Liberian refugee children. She has a BA in Secretarial Training and a Diploma in Education from the University of Cape Coast and an MBA in Human Resource Management from the University of Ghana. She worked as a customer relations manager at Standard Chartered Bank Ghana and is currently the Human Resource Manager for the Africa West Area of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
Essie Anno Sackey, Accra, Ghana, was born and educated in Ghana. She is married and the mother of two children. She has a B.S. degree in Economics and Statistics from the University of Ghana and an MBA from Brigham Young University in Sales Management and Quantitative Analysis. She is the current country manager of British Airways in Ghana, the first black person to be a country manager anywhere with British Airways. Ms. Sackey is a member of the Africa Leadership Forum and a member of the Board of Airlines in Ghana.

We are moving carefully and slowly because we want to be sure that we invite only those who feel compassionately toward children and those who are committed to accomplishing the goals and objectives that we have established for FFCI. We seek to achieve and maintain geographic and professional diversity and bring to the boards individuals who will facilitate the accomplishment of our objectives.***
